1. When can I expect my order to arrive?
Hwasan ships within 4-8 weeks. On holidays and during periods of high volume, delays may occur. After an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your email. Most domestic orders arrive in a few business days once shipped. International orders can take up to 2-4 weeks once shipped.

2. Do you ship worldwide?
Hwasan ships worldwide. Hwasan is not responsible for the payment of customs or VAT fees. The fee varies and is determined by each country and cannot be calculated in advance. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge you will pay any customs and VAT fees that may occur.

3. I entered the wrong address or contact information.
Please email us at contact@hwa-san.com,
please include the order number and updated shipping address. If your package has already shipped, please contact the shipping provider to update the shipping address. If the package is returned to our distribution center, please email us for reshipment.
